We leave Victoria on Wednesday and by some time traveling magic we skip Thursday and arrive in Taipei on Friday. That’s not completely true. When we leave Vancouver it will be the wee hours of Thursday morning, but when we arrive it will be Friday.
We have seven weeks to explore Taiwan by bike. Grandma Friday and Larry Friday (our folding bikes) are joining us for the adventure. I can’t wait.
We are mostly packed, and I am calmer than usual. I credit that with the daily meditations I have been dedicated to lately. I did wake up at 4:00am thinking of a few items I need to add but otherwise things are good.
Gord just informed me that when we come home we will arrive before our departure time in Taiwan. That’s so wild.
